  • Camel Trail - The Camel Trail is an 18 mile largely traffic free, surfaced and virtually level multi use trail which provides access to the beautiful Cornish countryside along a disused railway line between Wenfordbridge, Bodmin, Wadebridge and Padstow. The trail is suitable for walkers, cyclists, horse-riders and wheel-chair users. There are plenty of cycle hire providers In Padstow and Wadebridge if you fancy hiring a bike and cycling this lovely route.
  • Prideuax Place - Since its completion in 1592 the same family have lived in this charming Elizabethan manor. Take a tour of the house or stroll in the tranquil grounds overlooking the ancient deer park.  www.prideauxplace.co.uk

  • Poldark - visit some of the stunning locations where this popular TV series was filmed.  Porthcothan beach is just a short drive away.  More information about the Poldark film locations, history and the cast can be found on the Visit Cornwall Website
